Chapter 2 - The New Weapon (新しい武器) The city of Guatemala City, once a colorful city full of life and culture and trade from across the Independent Latin Union, Guatemala City now looked as barren as a ghost town, all of the civilians gone into hiding into their homes. Doors and windows were boarded up, sealed with whatever the people could get their hands on. Some people used furniture, while others used garbage to hold back their doors as they knew what was coming to their homes. The streets were empty, even as tumbleweeds bounced across the road and the wind blew silently as the clouds covered the moon But while the people hunkered down for the coming battle, the military was fully prepared as they readied their defenses. Squadrons of Runner Tanks headed down the roads, kicking up dust as they drove forwards. These were Puma and Lion Runner Tanks, which took positions around the city to aid in their defense. Chapter 1 - Sand and Flowers (砂と花) As the sun beat down on the desert below, the scorching sands shifted as Soldat II units walked across the desert, flanked by Puma Runner Tanks. Puma Tanks, an older kind than Lions and Tigers, having a slightly smaller gun. These Soldat II units were three different types, the first were the usual standard types, which were painted a tan-color. The other type of Soldat II was the Soldat Cannon, which had a large blaster cannon on its shoulder, while a few others had a small missile pod instead of the standard cannon. The other variant was slightly more armored than the other Soldat II, being a darker tan with a dark green piece of shoulder armor. These were Desert Soldats, which were built to operate in desert environments. These Desert Soldats led the squadron of Combat Suits forward, until the commander’s unit gave a gesture to stop. When we look at human history, we see how the world shapes us, how we move forward, how we progress. Ever since our ancestors figured out fire and how to grow crops our species has been resilient, for we have withstood famine, plague, and war. But the arrival of the Cybertronians, otherwise known as the Transformers, put this into question. Would we survive the war that was brought to our world? But we did, we lived another day, but at a steep cost. Many of our cities now exist as ruins, picked apart by scavengers and whoever still lives in them. From our species' heyday we were six billion strong, modern numbers put us at a little under one billion. Very few of us remain, and only a handful of us remember what life was like before the war. I was born in the nineties, and I only know two other people who are still alive from that time. Chapter 9 - Tears (涙) Optimus Prime stared in horror and shock at the destroyed Runner Tank, which the tropical rain began to pour down upon. The other Autobots starred as well, seeing as smoke billowed from the ruins of the Runner Tank, which disappeared in the gentle rain. Luke’s Kai and Alice ran towards the wreck, firing at Decepticons that attempted to make their way towards the wreckage and Captain Lennox. Starscream, however, smiled as he declared, “And another human squashed! Now I shall kill the rest of the-!” The Decepticon leader was interrupted as Optimus Prime drove towards him, transforming into his truck mode and charging like a bull. Starscream froze up as Optimus Prime tackled him, transforming back into robot mode and punching Starscream across the face. Starscream attempted to fire at the Autobot leader, though Optimus Prime managed to avoid the shot from the miniature fusion cannon. The battle continued again as the Decepticons began to fire at the Autobots.

Animal House Written for Mitusri Kanroji Month Mitusri and many other Demon Slayers had seen and experienced some wild things in their career as demon slayers. They’d seen demons with guns, demons who can turn people into spiders, and even demons who could control marine life. But this situation was different, as now they were stuck in a much weirder situation then they could’ve imagined. The lair of this demon wasn’t the usual kind of lair, like a cave or an abandoned house, instead it was in the middle of the city. This was a large building, about three stories tall and standing over the houses. There were all sorts of decorations around the building, little statues of cats and dogs and other animals. The sign read ‘Dobutsu Pet Shop’, and had painted-on paw prints that came from cats and dogs. Inside of the shop, there were various cages and tanks filled with various animals. As the moon shone over the beach, the dark night sky became illuminated, though not just by the light of the moon. The burning, orange glow that came from Rengoku’s sword was as bright as the morning sun as it slashed through a large, crab-like creature, cutting off its massive claw and searing the wound. This massive crab, which had a pair of human-like eyes and a twisted shell that looked like it was made of human bones, let out a roar as it launched some acidic slime at Rengoku. “You’re quite a feisty crustacean, aren’t you?” Rengoku chuckled as he dodged past the attack. The crab monster sprung forwards like a train, scuttling to try and attack Rengoku with its remaining claw. This crab was intercepted by Mitsuri, who charged forward as she loudly declared, “Try this on for size! First Form, Shivers of First Love!” Mitsuri unleashed multiple slashes across the crab’s arm and claw, slicing up pieces of the claw and dropping them onto the beach. Sweet Treats Written for Mitsuri Kanroji Week The clock struck seven o’clock, and Mitsuri stood waiting for her date to arrive. Mitsuri stood outside of the restaurant, waiting for her date to arrive. This was a large, family-style restaurant, which served hefty portions of handmade and delicious food from around Japan. This building was about the size of multiple houses and was filled with dozens of customers enjoying their meals. Mitsuri, to attempt and pass the time, looked at the menu, which was placed outside of the restaurant’s door. There were dozens of different items, ranging from yakisoba with pork and bean sprouts from Fukushima, gyoza twice the usual size from Mie, and grilled beef rib meat and onions from Aomori. All of these different options made Mitsuri’s mouth water as she thought to herself, “They all look so delicious, I’ve got to try them all!” Just then, Mitsuri spotted someone approaching. Family Reunion Written for Mitsuri Kanroji Week Knocking on the door of her old family home, Mitsuri Kanroji waited with bated breath for a greeting. This house was fairly big, much larger than any of the homes around it. There were two gardens, one made of slippery rocks and dew-covered moss, which looked tranquil and serene and added a calm feeling. The other was a fenced off vegetable garden, growing things to eat such as eggplants and cabbages. Suddenly, the door began to open, revealing a girl who looked no older than eight. She looked up at Mitsuri, first with a bit of shock and then with happiness as a smile grew on her face. Mitsuri smiled as well as she said, “My my, Fusae, you’ve really grown!” “Mitsuri, you’re back!” Fusae declared as she tightly hugged Mitsuri, which she happily returned. Flower Dolls Written for Mitsuri Kanroji Week In the bright and cheery world of dolls and their accessories, there was a single doll that stood out amongst the rest of them. This doll was by all senses, beautiful, she had gently braided pink and green hair. Wearing a black and white dress which had flowers stitched onto it, which were of many shapes and colors that shone in the sunlight. Bright, green eyes that looked like sweet candies. But while this doll was beautiful, she was unique. And the dollmaker knew this as he looked at all of the other dolls being crafted. All of them had the same few features, black hair, eyes of regular colors like blue and brown, and all had the same outfits, which were either a suit, a schoolgirl uniform, or a plain kimono. Each one of the workers moved like they were robots, easily creating multiple figures in the span of only a few minutes. Chapter 8 - Siege (包囲) As the Carryjet that transported Optimus Prime and Elita One landed on an airstrip, the Hawaii Base was already gearing up for battle. Pilots scrambled to their fighter jets and Combat Suits preparing to meet the Decepticon forces as the fighters ignited their engines as the Combat Suits stepped out of their hangars. Brawn and Ironhide joined these Combat Suits as they prepared for a land invasion. "Stay steady, we'll crush these Decepticons like we did at the Battle of Berlin!" Ironhide declared, to which the Kai pilots cheered.
